Joy Lee "Penny" Mullins

Joy Lee “Penny” Mullins, 83, of Beaver passed away August 15, 2026, in Beckley. She was born in Narrows, VA on July 25, 1943, to the late George Addison Dean Mann, Sr. and Willa Gladys Davis Mann.

Penny retired as the owner of Penny’s Furniture Facelift in Beaver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Peggy Lester, Regina Shelton; brothers, Randall Mann, George AD “Jr.” Mann and Walter “Bucky” Mann.

Those left to cherish her memory include son, Douglas M. Mullins, Jr.; sisters, Pat Kime and her husband Charles, Cheri King and her husband David, Kathy Brown; granddaughter, Briannah “Breezy” Carr and grandson, Caleb Skidmore.

In honoring Penny’s wishes she will be cremated and no memorial service is planned at this time.
